We Care: A Ministry of Community Support
For decades, our faith community has been strengthened by our We Care program. As illustrated by its full name, “We Care: A Ministry of Community Support,” this program offers tangible, short-term assistance to our members and friends in times of loss or personal need. To learn more, please review the We Care brochure (below.) Ministry – the tending of heart, body and soul – is a shared endeavor at Cedar Lane. I thank all the We Care volunteers who help us reach out to one another and contribute to making our congregation the caring, compassionate community that many enjoy. Please do not hesitate to call upon the We Care program in a time of personal need. Being there for one another is what a faith community is for… With affection,
Heather Janules

Andy Streich, our former Membership Coordinator, created a Google Map to let you find what neighborhood you or a friend live in. If you put an address in this map, it should "instantly" show you which neighborhood it is in. Click on the link below to open up the
custom Google Map. In the search bar above the map, please enter the address you
are searching for and click search. In the bottom left corner, you will see a
small bar with a plus sign and CLUUC Neighborhoods. Click on the plus sign and
select CLUUC Neighborhoods. Don't unselect the address you have put in. Click on
the color that the flag has popped up in and it will tell you what neighborhood
that address is in as well as who the We Care chair for that neighborhood is. If you already know your neighborhood number and want to know who your We Care Chairs are, check out the table below for a list of We Care Chairs. The Chair for the We Care program is Helen Pechacek.
