This year we will reconvene a book reading and discussion group. We are committed to exploring writers, characters, and stories in countries representing all colors. Please join us to learn about others who share our planet.

We will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month: Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, March, April, & May. That's eight books, meetings and discussions. Come to all, most or just the countries, authors that interest you.

The first meeting on September 17, at 7:15 in the Cedar Lane Library we will discuss"The Alchemist" by Paul Coelho. You may obtain a copy at your bookstore, Politics and Prose, the Montgomery County Libraries or Amazon.

If you wish to read ahead, the October 16 book is Colson Whitehead's Pultzer Prize winning "The Underground Railroad."

We look forward to seeing you there!
