Spend an hour a week in a relaxing, healing atmosphere. Set aside the busyness of life with the deep-breathing practice of Tai Chi. It regulates heart and blood pressure, lessens pain, and speeds recovery from illness or surgery. It also lessens the fear of falling by improving balance and increasing stamina as we become aware of our own healing energy. Beginners most welcome!
