In Buddhism, equanimity refers to a state of mental balance and even-mindedness. It is one of the Four Brahma-viharas, which are considered the sublime abodes of the mind. Equanimity involves maintaining an inner calm and steadiness regardless of external circumstances. The service will explore the concept and practice of equanimity.
